I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7200 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

Today I just checked my HDFC acc, and was surprised by seeing the deduction, I understand if there is any bounce payment then the bank will put the penalty charges, but there charges for the month, which is absolutely incorrect, can any one please suggest me where should I get the details of all the transactions regarding my loan.

I have hdfc sal account and get car loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7050 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 210.66 Now, after ten month they charge me 223rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

I had personal loan from hdfc Bank which I already paid last September its closed even though they charges 236 on November 11th why? can you tell me the reason please?

I am seeing the EMI Trn transactions even after overdue is deducted from my account. Why these guys doesn't intimate before making any transactions with my account. I feel they are robbing the amount from my account without my permission. Are there any legal proceedings we can go against to HDFC bank. How can they deduct the amount without our permission

I had bought mobile using debit card EMI on the due date I had paid the amount around 12 PM but they had charged loan over due amount as 649 rupees then they charged 236 rupees as EMI RTN charges instead I had paid the over due penalty with the due amount why they are charging EMI RTN charge. Please anyone help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
