Dear Sir,
This is BINOJ, an account holder of HDFC including DEMAT A/C and credit card. On 18Th August 2020 I got a call from an employee from credit card section from Thrissur office WHO MENTIONED HER NAME AS SNUPA(MOB: [protected] - INTENTIONALLY INCLUDING HER NUMBER TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD EMPLOYEE IN HDFC CREDIT CARD SECTOIN) explaining about a health cover .
As I always search for good opportunity to make savings, I was totally interested with the health plan she introduced and so only i asked her about the product brochure or synopsis of the same since she included lot many diseases which no company will give even i got shocked hearing HIV (which is not included, then came to know when the call came from HDFC), later she told me that HDFC employee will call, then tell your date of birth and mother's name. As she told me that, after this they will send brochure to my E-Mail ID
But when the call arrived, i came to know that they are calling me for issuing the policy and then i called her stating that without knowing the details i can't take this policy, Ms. SNUPA( FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEE IN CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT) TOLD ME THAT FOR AVAILING BROCHURE THROUGH E-MAIL YOU SHOULD TELL THOSE DETAILS THEN IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED SHE'LL ONLY CANCEL WITHOUT LOSING MY MONEY, SINCE SHE NEEDS TO REACH HER INSURANCE TARGET SHE COMPELLED ME TO TELL THAT I'M NOT HAVING ANY MEDICINES .LATER I CALLED HER ASKING FOR THE SAME, AT 10:10 AM ON 20/08/2020 SHE TOLD THAT SHE'LL CANCEL AND DISCONNECTED WITHOUT SPEAKING ANYTHING REGARDING THE SAME.
Later i called her at 11:29 AM on 20/08/2020 seeking the status on the same she didn't pick up the call and never picked up. I have called the toll free number by myself and asked for cancellation . i'll never rely upon HDFC Bank and i'll cancel my relation with the bank if i didn't get my money completely since i got hurt so deeply by your employee Ms. SNUPA
if this is the way your employees treat your customers means I'm losing all my hopes on saving my money in HDFC BANK.
DO THE NEEDFUL BEFORE I FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST HDFC AND ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST SALES EXECUTIVE Ms SNUPA WITH FULL RECORDINGS I HAVE.
