Complaint marked as Resolved I just received the amount transferred by to my account automatically. It took almost 52 hrs after the failed transation.
I request to HDFC to please try to revert the amount immediately after the failue of the transaction. Also, as per NPCI guildlines of IMPS transfer, if a transaction is failed, the amount should be reverted to the remiter account immediately.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amount was debited but i got an sms: "fund transfer decliend due to technical issue at the benificiary bank end".
Transaction status is showing as: Host (CBS) Offline/Issuer node offline.
Its been more than 24hrs since this happend and i have not received any refund yet.
When i will be getting my refund and how???
