I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr008903. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been enquiring on the toll free number to know the status of my application. Each time i was directed to call some other number. Hdfctill today i was given 5 phone numbers and two mail ids out of which one no does not work, one phone no is never attended, one person knows only bengali language, one person responds rudely. One mail id is out o[censored]se and other mail did not respond. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider.

From the date of applying for the FASTag, you will receive the sticker within 7 to 10 working days. Incase you have not received it within the given time frame, please write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. You may also mention the numbers and e-mail IDs that you were trying to contact.

Updated by Vijay mukkamala As requested by the Hdfc bank customer care, I updated the phone numbers and mail ids.I got an automated reply also that they respond in 2 working days. Meanwhile I called the toll free number for the 5th time to get the same answers that the application has not been logged in due to technical error.They are not providing me the time frame so that I will wait. Each time they note down my mobile number, application no.How many times have I to give my application no to these most irresponsible people on the globe. They are reluctant to initiate the refund even after repeated phone conversations.Today also the call centre personnel tried to give me one more phone number. I don’t know how many times I have to beg these people. Still I wonder ...the poor show of HDFC bank
