Sub: Refund my HDFC fastag amount 500/-

Please refund the above immediately. I applied for fastag on 02/09/2019. My application reference no HFR226299 . It shows that I will receive fastag within 7 working days . But still now nothing has been created when ever I call customer care they are not reachable. kindly help to get my money back immediately.
