I've applied for hdfc fastag ref no: hfr346526 on 09-11-19 through online and paid ₹500.

Today 21-11-19 still didn't receive fastag but mention that it'll be delivered in 7 working days. Forget about pdf application...:-)

If you don't honour then whats the purpose of apply/pay online in your portal, would've got it in any toll gates.

It's hard to believe that a reputed bank having such a lousy service. Tried their hopeless number [protected] but no one picks up/work, they're least worried about updating the status of my application.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your application has been received at our end and you will receive the Tag in 5 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be share with you via SMS. Kindly contact Fastag Helpline at[protected] incase of any clarification in the interim.

Its been 10 Working days (excluding sat & sun) since u r reply, neither I receive any update about dispatch nor i get Tag...??

Why you waste my time, When you don't honor your word. Refund the amount paid.

I'll get the Tag from other competent source.
