My fastag application number is hfr348805. An amount of 500 has been deducted on november 9th. It was indicated that an hdfc personnel will get in touch with me in a week'd time but that did not happen. So far there has been communication on when the card will be dispatched to me. The customer care just refuses to work and is constantly engaged. Interestingly i tried calling the number at 1 am (Night) and some one lifts the phone and advises me to call back between 10 am to 5 pm. This is shoddy service. Please refund my 500.
