I applied and paid for HDFC Fastag on the 24th of June, 2020 and the application number is HFR01578873. I got an acknowledgement promising that I will get the Fastag in 7 working days. I waited for ten days and called their customer care [protected] and the CS Agent duly apologised for the delay and assured that I will receive it after 10 working days. It did not happen and so I called on the 22nd of July and was surprised that they did not any track of my previous call and complaint and so I raised a complaint and the complaint number is 0036213 with the assurance that I will get it in seven working days. I have not received one till now and so again I called their Customer Care and the after a long 19.27 minutes I got a complaint number I0036213 but don't know when I will receive the Fastag.In between, I have written to their escalation & Fastag mail ids only to get no useful response. I need the Fastag asap
