[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag is scam service

Hdfc fastag appears scam service, as the portal is good just to debit the account and subsequently nothing works. No customer support at all. Customer care number does not work or always busy, emails never responded and there is no information when and how the product will be delivered for which the charges are already debited. After i checked web portal https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ i realized there are many customers being unlucky to get trapped in this scam under hdfc bank umbrella Was this information helpful? Dec 13, 2019 Updated by skbangalore I am running from one branch to another of HDFC and all are helpless to solve it as they too are not aware how this service is functioning.
