This to inform that I have applied for a Fastag on 30th Dec 2020 through NetBanking and an amount of 500 was deducted. I have received the wallet I'd and user id for Fastag but the tag is not yet delivered. I tried to reach the customer care number i.e.[protected]. The customer number just rings and gets disconnected. Such a worst and pathetic service is given by HDFC to its customers got fastag users, not even email ID is provided in their website in case the customer number is not reachable. Request you to kindly deliver the fastag to my address else I would have to discontinue all the services from HDFC.
