I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs.500. The reference number of the application is hfr370537. After submission it should that fastag will be delivered in 7 days. I have not received any update whether fastag has been dispatched or not.
There is no way to contact hdfc as customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your application has been received at our end and you will receive the Tag in 5-7 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS. Kindly contact Fastag Helpline at[protected] in case of any clarification in the interim.

Updated by Lakshya84 I have not received any updates related to dispatch yet and it's more then 12 days now. I had to travel taking my car on 30th Nov and needed fastag. I ordered with HDFC because it was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 working days. Now looks like I won't receive it before that.
