HDFC Bank — HDFC FASTag replacement issue

I am using HDFC but and my car front glass damaged so i put an request for fast tag repalcemnt and made the payment on 21st Nov 2020 and as per hdfc customer care i was supposed to recive new tag after one week but till now after 20 days . i have not recived new fast tag .
They have given customer care number for fastag and those people of no use for everything they tell backend team will check.

they have not given any single mail id regarding fastag issue.
and esclation matrics.
