[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - sticker not received

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 01/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr821676 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.

I've also attached the sms details that received from the hdfc bank.

Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy.

Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of wallet creation. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 04/12/2019 with appilcation ref no. HFR899315 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
