I recently passed the hoskote toll and when the tag was scanned it showed invalid. My account did have a balance for Rs 417.62. In the next toll also I faced the same issue.
When I contacted the customer care @[protected] the lady who answered my call did not have any knowledge and said due to system issues she could not check my account. The irony is when my details can be verified correctly not sure how she can’t check the other details. Also when asked to connect to a senior/ supervisor she informed me to call back after 10AM as they were all busy.
Even after explaining multiple times she doesn’t seem to understand the criticality and urgency of the situation there was no help offered and she also asked me to contact 1300 if I required immediate attention.
This is the worst service anyone would expect out of such a reputed bank and I think I will be forced to discourage my family and friends to bank with such an irresponsible bank with horrible services. Hope somebody else does not face this issue again. Was this information helpful? |
