It’s been 3 months of relentless effort by me and the recipient to whom I gifted the egift card from my HDFC NRO account however HDFC’s customer representative folks and the branch manager at Kalyani Nagar Pune branch, have been nothing short of zero help with no clue about their own products! Highly surprised at the inefficiency of such an organization. The egift card was purchased on Sept 27th, 2020. The recipient received a PDF form of gift card but no IPIN to open the PDF! HDFC stands clueless when it comes to generating a simple IPIN and sending it on a customer’s phone number. Slow clap at the digitization effort of HDFC. Wow! HDFC expects customer to follow up like a maniac for 3 months and the only answer they have the audacity to come up with is that they will follow up with concerned party. Who the heck is the concerned party since the last 3 months?! Slow clap HDFC! Slow clap!

Updated by ssobti I visited the Kalyani Nagar Pune branch office on Dec 21 however the branch manager navigated my way to another associate who requested for more time. This has been ongoing for 3 months now!
