I am sheetal, i have sent some amount using neft, two times deducted neft charges from my account, please let me know the reason.
Below is the imps details, and please find the screenshot.

In my net banking credit card section it is showing 4 digits of my credit card bu till now i didn't get the credit card .

i have applied externally then application get disapproved from bank side
