Dear hdfc bank team,
Hi i'm gunasekar purushothaman my policy no.17613690 starting from 2015 already 3 years premium paid till now (Total amt paid rs.32500) but my policy lapsed information from hdfc standard life department. Why lapsed??? My policy offering from hdfc perungudi branch and i already medical treatment done & policy form sign with ecs clearing but not automatic debited my account so every year policy due i asked to hdfc life pls. Debited through ecs, but no response from hdfc dept. Last two weeks back calling from hdfc (Mobile no.[protected]) for please checkup medical another treatment, why??? I already medical treatment done and policy sanctioned. Why another treatment checkup??. Please understand my situations, my credit card no. [protected] credit card loan (Emi option) and every month paid within due date so please request cancel my policy and refund amount for rs.32500/- so i have paid credit card payment after refund amount received done. But credit card collection dept. Daily call and credit cad payment status for paid or not? But i asked already informed the above problem. Please note my problem and resolve the issues. But no records your side.
So i totally health mentally upset.

He introduced to be HDFC staff enquring on the details quoting history of transaction made from my debit card as well online payments.
1) Is that directed by you?
2) Why such calls? How my transaction is leaked?
