I had applied for moratorium on 1st april 2020 and my moratorium request was successful but still my emi got deducted from account without any information I would need a refund asap as i am unable to reach hdfc customer care These are my details below Loan account number 57105202 Loan emi 17, 745.00 I have posted the above query and got this response... HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
