HDFC Bank — hdfc mutual fund netbank platform not having provision to stop sip

I am having account with hdfc bank where i invested in mutual fund. There is no provision to stop sip. Only redeem can be done. For stopping sip one need to go to bank submit hand written on plane paper to stop sip.
