[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc netbanking refund not reflected after cancellation

I had ordered a product from myntra, and made payment using hdfc netbanking. I spoke to customer care from myntra and they said that the refund is processed by myntra already, but my money is stuck in bank processing. It has been more than 25days after myntra initiated refund. I am trying to reach out to customer care numbers, but it doesn't connect to any member for queries and complaints.
I have the myntra refund number if you need to resolve this issue.

Hi HDFC Team,

I had lost my food card in November end. I have blocked it and have got a new foodcard. My lost card had nearly 120 rupees balance remaining in it. Could you help me transfer my balance from old card to the new card.
