[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc netbanking transaction failed but money deducted

I made a rent payment this morning. It showed transaction failed the first time, so i did the transaction again. The money got deducted twice. However the beneficiary has only received it once. An amount of inr 16930 has been deducted twice. Request you to refund the money for the transaction that failed, since the beneficiary has not received it.

The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant.
It may take 1-2 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us through email on [protected]@hdfcbank.com with the merchant email confirmation of non-receipt of funds.
