Hi,
Tried to load inr 14000, with rbl card, after entering otp, status was app has a error, time of transaction was 8.43 pm, but money deducted from account.
I have contacted hdfc pay zapp through email, they informed that money will be refunded within five working days & will recive commnication form customer care within 24 hrs, but i did not receive any communication from customer care executive
