HDFC Bank — hdfc payzapp fund transfer transaction failed

I have added Rs.5000 to my payzapp wallet on 1st Sept 2017. i tried to send Rs.5000 to email id [protected]@gmail.com. Transaction was not successful, Transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my payzapp wallet.Txn ID[protected]eM53IC7

Rs.0 is reflecting in payzapp wallet acount.

Screen shot is attached from payzapp that contains transaction history.

Please do the needful.please reverse this amount to my wallet.
Please let me know if i need to provide any other info from my side.
