I got a credit card from hdfc bank on may 13 which expired on may 16.
I did not get the new renewed card and i did not requested for it.
Since i did not have the card i did not use it. Still i was charged the renewal charges.
I asked the hdfc to resolve the complain through complain no. [protected] but did not get a positive response.
Now they are asking me to pay inr 2500/- due to late fee and all.
I cannot pay them and i have already paid inr 641 which is my monthly emi of the insurance policy.
The recovery department is talking to me in a rash manner and have been recording my calls without my permission.
I think the charges should be waved off and they shoud apologise to me for the harrassment. Was this information helpful? |
My name is Sushil Kumar Singh I live in delhi.Yesterday, morning on[protected] : 9:51:23 IST at NCS* PEARSONVUE TEST. Fraud transaction happened on my HDFC credit card. Transaction happened even though I could’t received OTP on my mobile.
Please look into it.
