Hi, i have taken personal loan, loan account number : 63478360 from hdfc bank in dec 2018. I have paid 19 emis, but because of covid situation i lost my job and sep 2020 (1 month) emi got delayed.
Mr venkatesh and his manager humiliated me and my wife, so badly, it alike a mental torture. He called twice everyday, harassing me, asking me for money, i told him that i put a property to sale, i will pay off everything in single shot, but he did not leave me. He was in front of our flat door, ringing the bell, wantedly talking loudly so that neighbors could hear this conversation, showing the the intention to shame us in front of our neighbors.
I sent an email to hdfc customer care, hdfc grievience cell, hdfc nodel officer, no proper response from them.
When we said we contacted customer care, his response was "contact whom ever it is pay the emi now".
I have taken a home loan from hdfc ltd and i closed it off with my own salary money in 5 years and i still own a hdfc credit card with a very good track record. My cibil score is 800.
Inspired of all these, the way mr venkatesh nd his manager harassing me and my family is unethical. When we paid off emi, we asked him to get lost from our house, mr venkatesh called his manager, put it on speaker and started threatening that we still have many more months to go and there is always next month. How pathetic!!! And for sometime we did not understand that they are actually black mailing us and threating us they will repeat the same thing next month.
If hdfc bank has some ethics to follow, they should immediately address this and stop these type o[censored]nethical ways.
