I was charged twice for using priority pass in march 2020, but the bill came in june 2020. While applying for the credit card they mentioned that airport lounges are totally free and will be complimentary as card benifits.
There was no proper intimation from hdfc about these charges and this case as a hidden charge.
While are the lounge they do not mention any charges and in the slip as well no charges were mentioned.
There is no response from customer care email and due to covid no one is responding to customer care over phone.
This is very bad and not expected from a bank like hdfc and it makes me think that this is a hidden change with an intention to unfarely charge customers. This is clear breach of trust and not reasonable.
If they do not reverse this charges i will file a compliant on the consumer court and also breach of trust case.
