I have applied for a Home loan with HDFC (Block AC-16, Sector 1, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700 064), and My loan File #[protected]. During the apply the Loan HDFC charge me Rs.7303 as processing fee.
The loan got approved on 8th May, 2014. After that all the original document of the property I have submitted to the Bank to get the loan amount.
But after that the Bank never has contacted me. Upon sending repeated emails didnt get any answer.
Then when warned the bank that I will escalate the matter and register a complaint in cosumer report if they don't respond, then Radha Chatterjee from HDFC immediate reponds me saying that We are cancelling your loan as per your request.
What kind of customer service is this, How can an approved loan she can cancell without my request
And also what will happen to the process fee Rs. 7303 that I paid already?
Because of her negligence she dragged the loan disbursement for so long and finally cancelled it.
Please suggest how to get proper resolution to this.
I have already escalated to this to the key persons of HDFC, grievance cell. But didn't get any response from anyone expect continuously irritating response from Radha Chatterjee
