I have made a purchase by my Union bank of India debit card on hdfc pos. of 720 INR at Handloom palace shop Sector 18 Noida. After some time i request him for refund as the product i purchased is not of good quality. The cashier make a void sale of 720 INR and it was done on last 29 oct 2020. But still now i have not received my money back on my account. I have contacted with the Union Bank customer care but they told there were no credit from hdfc in my Union Bank account. Now i contacted with the shop and they told they have done everying from there end and they don't want to do anything. Please tell me the status of my money so i can track it. The shop name is Handloom Palace sector 18 Noida. I am attaching here the void sale slip sent by the shop for your reference. Please do some thing about this fraud.
