I have purchased one mediclaim policy in August, 2014. Every year it was auto renewed. This Year in August they deducted Some amount on 19th August, 2017. But when I visited in there site found that they mentioned your policy is lapsed because of non payment. I was surprised. There was a link, saying click here to pay remaining amount. I have clicked and this redirect to payment site saying 120 you need to pay. After payment there is no change in statement. I have mailed to [protected]@hedfclife.com and started chat with simply chat. they assure me they will fix it within 48 hours. But they responded after 10 days saying again you need to pay some amount.
Now yesterday my wife admitted in a hospital where I have spent 10, 000 rs. Now who will pay this?
I am just clueless what is going on. How can I go for a consumer forum case? Can anybody help?
