[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Health Insurance subscribed by hdfc credit card division by unethical means

During 20-23 March 2017 i got host of calls from hdfc credit card division for health insurance. I had no interest in the insurance, but it was said by hdfc that the premium will be reversed in next bill. I was even coerced to accept as it was said if i decline i would be charged annual.
To my disappointment, premium of 11055 Rs, deducted on 24 march was not reversed. Now when i talk to customer care, they are not entertaining my complain in true spirit.
"I have recording of all the calls received from cheater hdfc. "
Cheating goes beyond this. Few days after the health insurance cheat(however, at that time it was not clear whether it was a cheat or not), another cheat was done, it was of one Assist wallet protection plan and the catch line was its free with the insurance subscribed by you. Then 2790 Rs deducted for this too. In total i got cheted by hdfc of 13800 Rs.

This cheat has hit hard my 6 year long trust in Services of Hdfc.

My money has been deducted by HDFC in around 10 days of raising the complain. It was indeed a time consuming exercise that i had to go through to get the sum back as hi had to attend host of calls from different levels of hdfc bank.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Dear HDFC customer,

Why play with the customers. Even in the name of resolving an issue you guys only create another, what much low you guys would stoop? The situation that has arrived is, it has become hard to rely on even a single word uttered by its people. Do you guys have got immunity from law or what, that you have kept all the respect and fear of law at bay. Firstly, i hv all the call recording. Secondly, after my complain, HDFC did not stop cheating, now it goes on to say" you will get two calls as by mistake two request has been placed. So in one call say cancel and on another say continue". And the result is the forbile subscription of the health insurance policy has been again continued. Why play with our time and money. Plz stop all this and give back my 11055Rs of health insurance and 2799 Rs of one assist plans that you guys forced upon me to opt. Else i vl see u and sue you.

Plz dont give details dat can b used by online fraud ppl. Bcz of this complain i hv been getting many calls from frauds who pose as bank representative, to siphon money from card.
