Please find the turn of events that have occurred.

1) i had submitted all the documents on 3rd of may 2017.
2) i received the message of application receipt on the 4th of may.
3) i was chasing continuously and i finally received the sanction letter on 20th may. I was informed by a lady who called me that i would have to submit the search and title report for 13 years before disbursement. There was no mention of any other documents required neither by the lady nor on email.
4) my only point of contact was kalpesh who was kind enough to answer my queries.
5) i was informed by kalpesh that since photocopies of all the documents were handed over, all that was required to be handed over was the cancelled cheque, pan card and aadhar card of the owner, the registered agreement (Baanakhat) and the society noc. Once i submit these, i would get a photocopy of the cheque within 3 days.
6) i had asked kalpesh if the baanakhat needs to be registered or would a notarized baanakhat do. He advised that is necessary to register it.
7) i had also asked that is it ok if the baanakhat is on one name (Mine) and the final sales deed is on two names (My mother and mine). He confirmed the same and said that shouldn’t be an issue. For the registered baanakhat, i travelled to ahmedabad and got the needful done at an expense of time and money.
8) in the email that i had received and also on the call from a lady, it was mentioned that a search and title report was to be submitted. I had asked the lady and she had confirmed 13 years report needs to be submitted.
9) since i received the society noc on 26th of may, i visited the office on 26th and handed over the documents (I submitted the title certificate but not the search report received from sub registrar) as advised. I was given another list of more documents that was to be submitted. This list was with ashad but was not communicated with me in any manner.
10) i was told that i should have visited the site office earlier to get the list of documents that need to be submitted. How would i know that i need to visit the office and another list would be given? And the poc (Point of contact), kalpesh had already shared a list.
11) on 26th, when asked if this list was final, i was advised that the final list will be shared by wednesday. The file with all documents in gujarati was not even sent to ahmedabad till that day. It was sent to ahmedabad on 26th of may. Why are the documents taken a month in advance if no verification is to be done.
If the loan was sanctioned on 20th, why wasn’t there even a call from any executive communicating any info to the customer? I was told that till that day only my details were verified. The site documents verification was not even initiated till 26th. I had also filled the online disbursement form and mailed joyita with queries but there was no revert. I had requested for disbursement on 31st may but there was no revert.
12) the search report for 13 years that was collected after a request was submitted at the subregistrar office. I handed over the original copy of the search report for 13 years on 1st june. But that too was not enough – the search report was to include all details right from incorporation till date.
13) when asked for a format to hdfc, the legal team – mr anup mishra said there is no format, the customer needs to share a report. The annoying part is that when i have shared a report and you say it is unacceptable, but you don’t share an acceptable format, you still keep the loop open.
14) i was also informed that i would have to get another deed done – a rectification deed as the registered baanakhat was in one name and final sales deed in 2 names.
I was also informed that the registered baanakhat was not even required. I could have directly submitted the final sales deed. I spent inr 13000 to travel and get the registered baanakhat done (Let aside the loss of pay due to absenteeism at work). I was also informed that a rectification deed might be required. I told that i can mention in the final sales deed that the baanakhat was in a single name but the sales deed also has the mother’s name. I was advised that the same will be checked again with legal team.
15) i submitted the revised search report and received the disbursement email on 6th june. I visited the office on 7th wherein i was told that 14 documents were required (The list had increased again). When asked if there is a format for rectification deed, i was again advised that there is no format. I informed that my lawyer is saying that a random document cant be registered, i was again told that ashad will check and get back but there is no revert. Why do i need to get another deed done when i had asked and executed as per instructions? Why should a customer waste time, money and effort for no mistake of his.
16) i have been repeated asking for a format for the rectification deed which wasnt shared. I shared a format which wasnt even reviewed and replied on
17) then i finally infomed that my lawyer is on leave, please share a draft and clear instructions and i will get the same registered but still that wasnt shared. A rough draft was shared which also was incorrect. When i called up and yelled then it was sent to the legal team for verification and then a separate draft was shared which also was half filled.

I have visited the office multiple times, followed up rigorously to get every update from you, had asked before taking any step and its been more than a month and i am still struggling.

Inspite of keeping in touch with hdfc personnel before executing anything, its been more than a month of continuous tremendous follow up, requests and emails with all stake holders and still there is no closure.
There is no kind of empathy for the customer and there is continuous harrasment.
I expect closure of the last point immediately from hdfc and expect to be reimbursed for my losses and expect compensation for the time and effort that i have had to put in with all stakeholders to get this closed.
