I am having my homeloan A/C # is ****57829 with HDFC Bank at Vadodara, Gujarat. My original loan term is 144 months starting from 15.09.2014.
Now, I have paid interest conversion fees of Rs. 2950 on 24.07.21. Now, as per that, my balance term was 54 months, which is 5 months less than the agreement term of 144 months. Now, when I checked on HDFC website on 25.12.21 (I have screen-shot of that web-page), I have completed 94 months, and still 50 months balance term, which shows a total 144 (94+50) months (original) term. So, where are the 5 months which were reduced due to rate conversion fees?
Also, my EMI date is the 15th of every month. As on 24.05.21, the balance term was 59 months (see attached) before rate conversion. As per that, the balance term should be 57 months on 24.07.21 (when I paid rate conversion fees). But still it was 59 on 24.07.21 (after 2 months !!!)
As on 2nd Nov. 2021 (I have screen-shot of that web-page), my balance term was 51 months (up to 15.11.21) and between 16.11.21 to 14.12.21, the balance term should be 50 months. Same way, after 16th December, the balance term should be 49 months, whereas today on 25th December, it still shows 50 MONTHS again.
So, this looks very strange calculations and I already wrote to HDFC’s mail Id ([protected]@hdfclife.com) on 26.12.21, but still after 27 days, I did not get any satisfactory reply (except only received an automated reply that they have received my mail) from HDFC Bank. So, please take some strong actions against the bank to resolve my issues.
