I am a customer experiencing terrible service from the hdfc kochi padivattom branch home loan service.

Kindly advice the procedure for escalating the complaint to a higher authority in hdfc against the manager mr. muthukrishnan

As you are aware, the loan amount was closed by paying 24lakhs three weeks ago. However, one cheque of 2 lakhs was not recieved correctly by purvankara (ref to prev emails) and was returned by them to hdfc due to incorrect entry in cheque (making the same error 2nd time due to ignorance).
After all the extremely poor customer service experience, finally last week my father had to further discuss this matter with mr. Arun and he told to get back with information about the dissappeared cheque and the 2lakhs being held by HDFC.
One week went and there was no phone call nor any email. Now today i have called Mr. Muthu and you still have no clue what has happened. This is the limit of customer torture!
Kindly tell me the procedure to escalate this matter to your higher authorities.
If you do not help me with this i wil also have to report the fact that you were hesistant to advice the complaint escalation procedure.
With the usual trend i expect no reply nor phone call from anyone of you...
