[Resolved] HDFC Bank — horrible customer service experience

Dear sir/madam,
In the past i have been through horrible experience with hdfc bank. It takes almost 10-15 mins to connect to their customer t advisor. Since last two months some amount has been debited from my account. I tried to call the customer service & i was on the phone for 33 mins and the call wasnt connected. I called them up again, after 20 mins my call got through. The customer service agent of hdfc mr. Ashutosh mishra was rude & i was just informing the process of the company which was not hassle free.

HDFC BANK particularly this FASTAG product very very worst service in their history .
