I have taken an insta jumbo loan from hdfc bank iim road lucknow branch for a certain period of time of which the equity monthly installments was told to me of rs. X amount but after disbursing the same i have been started receiving the massages to pay the emi of rs. Y amount apart from the fixed emi informed before the disbursement of my loan amount as yesterday also i have received an sms to pay the double than my fixed emi after paying the continues installments on time, which is totally fraud against the customer satisfaction and the rbi policy.
So i would suggest to all my friends to be very careful while opting any type of loans or please avoid taking any loans from hdfc bank as there is nobody to support from the hdfc, before this scenario i was too happy for my own transactions but now i am totally dissatisfied with these type of fraudulent services provided by hdfc bank.
So i would request to this forum & top most authority from hdfc bank to help me out to rectify my problem through below mentioned details.
