[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — I am complaining about my hdfc credit card

Dear sir/ madam,

I was using a credit card of hdfc bank. The credit limit was 30k. I used for a year and i never track like howmuch everymonth bill is coming. I was getting the the bill and i was paying the amount. But for one month i was unable to pay the bill so i called to credit card department and i informed to them like i will pay the 2 month bill at the time with late fine. They told its not a problem.
But next month with 1500 late fine they send the bill and some more extra charges. I paid all amount and i asked for credit statement many times and they did not provided to me. Then i started checking my all old statements and there was a lot of extra charges was there so i called to them to close my credit card then they told to me to pay my all credit balance. I was 15k and i paid. Then they told to me it will be closed.
But they blocked my card and they mentioned in my cibil as “written off”.
Due to this i am facing a lot of problems for any loan or other cc.
I was using salaried account of hdfc bank, but due to this kind of behaviour i changed to the another bank.
Requesting you to please suggest me on that or remove this account from my cibil.

Hi,

Kindly find the screenshot of my Cibil . Still it is showing in my cibil and there is another credit card is also tagged of HDFC in my cibil which does not belong to me. I never applied for second credit card.
I am not sure, why the two credit card is showing for for the same bank.
