I am ritesh benjwal from jammu. Recently i opened my regular savings account into my nearby hdfc bank with ifsc code : hdfc0009649 (Miran sahib branch)

Let me explain the scenario to you.
I tried to register in my netsafe. Hdfcbank.com account and they showed me the error message that invalid card details.
Now when i attempted for one more time they showed that if you try one more invalid login we will block your account. I mailed you at [protected]@hdfcbank.com. And you responded to me that try to forget but by this now my card has been blocked because of 3 attempts. Yeah it is showing active status in netbanking but i am not able to do any transaction.
What i want?
1st i want you to activate my debit card from your end.
And please activate my netsafe account as soon as possible. As they are showing me that to contact customer care. Attaching screenshot for your reference.
As my nearby branch don't know about netsafe service. And now the bank is off for 2 days. So even i am not able to activate my debit card. I am attaching screenshot that my transactions are also disabled. So please activate it also.
Please reply me a solution as soon as possible rather than do this and this. I am waiting from past 10 days. Just activate my debit card for transactions. As on trying for online transaction it is showing that card is temporarily blocked.
And activate netsafe account from your end. Because my nearby branch don't know anything about netsafe service.

Ps: i have changed my debit card pin and all and visited netbanking for everything. And don't reply me to visit nearby branch because they know nothing about netsafe service.
Please solve my two problems. Else i am closing my all accounts from hdfc because i am not getting any customer care service.
