[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I am complaining about transaction failed for mobile recharge through debit card

I have did transaction to recharge my mobile number of amount 303/- but transaction not completed. also i have registered to mobile sim company about this they told me to contact with bank.
Please refund my amount back.

I have tried to connect hdfc customer care but no customer executive available, they are taking my customer information and call gets ended.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

The transaction has not yet been claimed by the Acquiring Bank. In case you have a void slip, please arrange to fax it on[protected] with Auto ID reference number 1296564.
The transaction (I[censored]nclaimed), will be reversed to your account on the 16th day from the date of transaction. If the amount is not reversed on the 16th day, please write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with an e-mail or letter proof confirming that you attempted to resolve the dispute with the merchant.
