It was informed to viswanath and jamal by my builder (Nilesh) that we are planing to do registry on 28-july-2017 and requested
To viswanath and team to do my disbursement from indore branch. I went indore specially for registry only and it was told me that all loan related documents will be courier 28-july-2017 by flight.
Nothing was done as mentioned on above date, it was totally fallacious information provided to me and my builder.
Documents reached indore after 1-aug-2017 that is totally wasted for me because i need loan on 31-july-2017.
Jamal who is doing all process for me told us that you please go ahead with registry and we will disburse you loan but this was not happened.
I dont understand why all documents and process is not told to us in single shot, why i faced multiple surprises in between process.
I was doing continuously follow up with hdfc team but no body was taking it seriously and i was helpless on 31-july-2017.
This is not not acceptable.
Is this is a kind of customer services provided by hdfc?
On what basis we believe on hdfc?
Is hdfc took 2+ month for loan process?
Why all information are not passed to us truly?
