[Resolved] HDFC Bank — i did not receive my welcome kit for the bank account i opened on 14 of august

Hi, I have open my salary account with HDFC Bank on the 14 August online, also did my KYC on video call with the bank representative. The bank representative informed me that I will get my welcome kit in 7 days time but till now no news, it is impossible to reach any customer care representative, I need it for my salary to be credited in my account.
