My account customer id[protected] has been debited twice with rs.531 for "amb chrg incl gst & cess" for july 2020 & aug 2020 without any prior intimation or alert.
I have never been communicated via email or sms for any such charges they introduced.
If they can send promotional emails and sms to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.
And also they did'nt send any sms regarding amount credit under rs-10000/-to my mobile and its not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions.
