HDFC Bank — I'm complaining about my credit card balance

My credit card balance actually is 27k change and today i spent around 10k, so balance should be 17k know. But. It is showing only 10k chnage. Please help me wht to do? And it is shown wrong unbilled amount as 11, 297. Please help me.. And i got
Aggregator emi-offus.
