[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps money debited but status is processor down and not credited to beneficiary

Hi I have transferred 20k from hdfc to corporation bank. But the transaction status is processor down and the amount is not credited to beneficiary. However amount is debited from my account. Please reverse back the transaction or get it transfered to the beneficiary as it amount has to be transferred very urgently. Pleae help me out as the amount is required by the beneficiary urgently. We already mail to cancell our cedit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.
