Date - 14/11/2017 i have done 7500 imps transaction to one of my friend account which is in punjab national bank. On the same day transaction status showing processor down.
Date -15/11/2017 due to emergency i have done one more transaction of same amount with same account on 15/11/2017 on that day transaction get successfully completed.
But 14-nov-2017 transaction amount still not get credited to my account or beneficiary.
When i raised concern for this, in that hdfc bank says that on 15-nov-2017 amount got credited to beneficiary account, but beneficiary says that amount not get credited to his account.
Please provide feedback from pnb bank that amount get credited or not.
