I performed the imps transaction of amount 13000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.
I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.
Message is as below :
Update: your money transfer of inr 13, 000.00 on 11-07-20 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected]
Account no : xx3321
Imps transaction ref # :[protected]
