I'm transferred money (17K) to Mom SBI account via IMPS fund transfer.while I was checked in payment details payment status "Processor Down" . it's almost 1 month completed of transaction .

- Request for resolution : [protected]@hdfc.com, nitin.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com also talk to customer care of HDFC and SBI Both

Dear Sir,

Yes, I'm written to PNO but there is no progress .I was send mail to Principal nodal officer 3 April but there is no response.
I have attached image of that respond mail.how much days to take process to get back my money. I'm really tired with your service last 30 days I'm just mailed and call to customer.This is your service fault and I requesting to get back my money in last 30 days. So I request once again for refund my money asap.
