[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — incorrect deductions 3rd party cash txn inc gst

The company is deducting money without any proper information. Don’t know what are these for. They deducted rs 177. And when i tried to register complaint for this, they said it is not a complaint category and i should contact accounts team and i hen i tried that only ivr responded with no option for transaction details other than amount. They should notify us if they are deducting money however this is happening time and again and we don’t even receive any meesage or email for this.
