I applied for a hdfc insta loan through my credit card over net banking on friday 9th june-2017 for which i didn't get the credit on same day.
So i called hdfc customer care on saturday 10th of june to enquire about the same, one of hdfc lady executive spoke to me and said that due to mismatch of cust id my loan is still not processed i will be getting the dd in 7 working days.
So i told her i was in some emergency i was expecting the credit same day, so she told she will be taking the new request and the old one will get cancelled automatically (No where she informed me processing fee will be charged for old one also) for which i said ok.
Moreover she also told me to take up one health policy which is mandatory if the loan request need to be processed for which i clearly refused.
On 12th june both the loans has been processed and i have got the credit for both the loans, when i called customer care they are saying they can take the request to cancel one of the loan but they will not be able to reverse the processing fee.
When hdfc executive has misguided and mislead-ed why i should take the debit of processing fee. Was this information helpful? |
