I deposited 32 k in my hdfc account. After a month on 1st of aug'17 there was a deduction of rs.177.00 including gst for depositing the money in the hdfc branch which was apparently not my home branch. When i called the customer care or the personal banker they said i can go and raise a request anywhere and this would not affect them as this is the rules. It is up to the branch to mention the charges. And it is customer's issue if they don't know the charges for the transactions. Ridiculous service from hdfc. Was this information helpful? kya phaltu giri kar rah hai kuch bhi charges aur mera atm lost hojane ke baad bhi mai new atm apply karne gaya to muje platinum debit card diya uska charge 750+GST hai wo charge activate hone ke baad bataya...in hdfc ranjangaon branch
