मैंने आज देखा कि बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के 295 रुपये की राशि काट ली गई है, जो एक बहुत ही निराशाजनक कारक है, हालांकि खाते में मेरे वेतन को जमा किया जा रहा है, इसका मतलब है कि हर बार मुझे कुछ विषम राशि का भुगतान करना पड़ता है जो सीधे डेबिट हो जाती है।
एक प्रतिष्ठित बैंक से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी. पूर्ण निराशा. इसके बजाय वे आक्रामक तरीके से पर्सनल लोन मांगते हैं।

My kind request to you, when ever you charge for something like cash deposit in other branches, please intimate customers that you are going to charge them, because most of the account holders are not so rich, We have lot of loans, and we have some amount in our account to be debited for loans, If you are debiting the amount without intimating then we might face to pay our dept to bank which will affect our cibil score, Kindly take this as our concern and do inform customer about each and every charges you take from customer from their account.

I saw it today an amount of rs 295 has been deducted without prior notice which a very disappointing factor, though the account being credited with my salary that means every time i need to pay some odd amounts which gets debited directly.
This was not expected from a reputed bank. Total disappointment. Instead they ask for personal loan with an aggressive push.
Deducting without prior notification is like stealing which is not acceptable
